Purchases and subscriptions
Terms of Sale
Last updated 6 September 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a Scheme of Work or a Full Access subscription from Drama Lesson Plans. The seller is thebizibee Ltd, trading as Drama Lesson Plans, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06379498. Our registered office is Grassthorpe Mill, Grassthorpe, Newark, England, NG23 6QY. Our VAT number is 445 6062 94.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. The product or plan description, price and these terms form part of your contract with us. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we make the purchased content or Full Access available to your account.
Prices and payment
Prices and the applicable VAT are shown before payment. Payments and recurring billing are processed securely by Stripe. If a displayed price is incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid rather than supply it at the incorrect price.
One-off digital purchases
A Scheme of Work bought individually is a digital product. It is normally added to your account immediately after successful payment and does not require physical delivery. Individual purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
Cancellation and refunds for digital purchases
Consumers buying online normally have a 14-day cancellation period. Where you expressly request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost when supply begins, that cancellation right ends when supply begins.
If you contact us within 14 days of a one-off purchase and no paid part of that purchase has been accessed, viewed, printed or downloaded, we will provide a full refund. Once any paid content has been accessed, viewed, printed or downloaded, we do not provide a change-of-mind refund.
Full Access subscriptions and renewals
Full Access subscriptions are available with monthly or annual billing. Your subscription starts when payment is accepted and renews automatically at the same interval until cancelled. The price and billing interval are shown before payment and in your account.
You can cancel at any time through Your account → Membership & billing → Manage billing. Cancellation prevents the next renewal payment. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless a different outcome is required by law.
Once Full Access has begun, payments for the current billing period are not refundable merely because you change your mind or no longer require the subscription. Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, including after a qualifying renewal, refunds will be handled as required by law.
We will provide any advance renewal notices required by applicable law. If we change a subscription price, we will give reasonable advance notice so that you can cancel before the new price applies.
Problems with digital content or Full Access
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If purchased content is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, please contact us so that we can investigate and correct the problem or provide a replacement. If that is not possible within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Using paid content
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the content in accordance with the account or plan you bought. An individual teacher may use and print the content for their own teaching. You must not resell, republish, distribute or share paid content or account access outside the permitted users of your plan.
Availability and changes
We may update content and tools to improve them, maintain security or comply with the law. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or urgent technical work. If a substantial problem prevents us from supplying something you have paid for, your legal remedies remain available.
Contacting us
For purchase, billing, cancellation or refund questions, use our contact form. Please include the email address used for your account and enough information for us to identify the relevant purchase or subscription.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. The terms in force when you make a one-off purchase apply to that purchase. If a material change affects an active subscription, we will give reasonable notice and explain how to cancel before it takes effect.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which they live and may use the courts available to them under applicable consumer law.
